Student Information

Accurately entering your personal information, including your legal name, address, country of birth, and country of passport, helps us verify your identity, process your application correctly, and ensure that official records and communications are complete and consistent.

Canadian School Information

Accurately entering the name and location of the college, university, or ESL school you will attend helps us verify your study plans, coordinate services in the correct community, and identify suitable accommodation and support for your placement.

Agent Information

It is important to identify an educational agent who may be assisting you as you prepare for studies in Canada. This helps us communicate with the appropriate people, confirm each person’s role, protect the student’s interests, and ensure the application is handled accurately and transparently..

Custodianship Information

Minor-aged students coming to Canada without a parent or legal guardian must identify or request a local, responsible adult to act as their custodian. In British Columbia, where the age of majority is 19, students under 19 who request our homestay services must also arrange custodianship services to support their care, safety, and well-being during their stay.

Accommodation Information

Students must accurately identify where they intend to live while in Canada, whether in an on-campus residence, in self-arranged off-campus housing, or with an FCI-arranged host family. This information helps us confirm appropriate support, maintain accurate contact and emergency records, and coordinate services based on the student’s accommodation arrangements.

Allergies, Pre-existing Medical Conditions and Medications

Students using our university, college, and ESL application must disclose any allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, and medications they intend to bring to Canada. Complete and accurate information helps us identify suitable accommodations, prepare appropriate support, and respond effectively if a health concern arises during the student’s stay.

Arrival Information

Students must provide an estimated arrival date, even if flights have not yet been arranged, and complete flight details once available. This information helps us coordinate the student’s arrival, as well as host family placement, transportation, and other necessary supports as required.

Departure Information

Unless pre-arranged due to special circumstances, we do not offer a pre-paid airport return service as various self-serve options are available to departing students. We are pleased to outline the alternatives available once the student has arrived in Canada.
