Additional Parent Details

These forms establish a custodial relationship that is recognized by the Government of Canada.

Minor-aged students must disclose any allergies, pre-existing health conditions, and medications before coming to Canada. Complete and accurate information helps us plan appropriate care, identify suitable placements, and support your health and safety throughout your stay.

Educational Agent Information

It is important to identify any educational agent assisting you. This helps us communicate with the appropriate people, confirm each person’s role, protect your interests as a student, and ensure the application is handled accurately and transparently.

Canadian School Information

Identify the Canadian school district you plan to attend and carefully select your anticipated term start date and duration (3, 4, 5, or 10 months). Accurate information helps us assess the application correctly, coordinate the placement timeline, and plan suitable accommodation and support for the full period of study.

Homestay Information

Clearly identify your meal requirements, including food allergies and dietary restrictions, as well as preferences related to food, family composition, pets, and other household factors. This information helps us prioritize health and safety needs, understand personal preferences, and identify a suitable host family placement.

Meal Plan Options

The regular meal plan consists of three standard ‘North American-style’ meals and two snacks per day. Breakfast is often self-serve, lunch is generally bagged for consumption at school, and a sit-down dinner frequently includes most family members.

Subject to availability, the specialty meal plan is intended for those who have significant gluten or lactose intolerances, severe food allergies, or high-protein, high-athletic involvement, or other high-consumption requirements.

Arrival Information

All minor-aged high school students are expected to utilize our airport transfer services. Students are greeted upon arrival by our authorized carrier representative and transported to their assigned residence. Any other arrangements must be pre-approved.
