Four Easy Steps

Send us your required supporting documentation by following these four easy steps:

Step 1 – Assemble Your Required Documents

Following is a summary of the supporting documents required for all high school applicants. (.pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .gif formats only)

  1. A recent passport-sized photo of the student applicant.
  2. A copy of the student applicant’s current passport (information page only).
  3. An introductory letter prepared by the student applicant describing why he/she is intending to participate in a study abroad program and what he/she hopes to gain from the experience.
  4. An introductory letter prepared by the student applicant’s natural parents describing why they are supporting their child’s participation in a study abroad program and what they hope the child gains from the experience.
  5. A copy of a personalized photo journal that includes, but is not limited to, candid photos that depict important people and events in the student applicant’s life journey.
  6. A copy of the student applicant’s official medical vaccination summary.
  7. A copy of our Custodianship Guardianship Agreement duly signed and initialed by the student applicant’s natural parents. [download copy]
  8. A copy of our Participant Agreement duly signed by the student applicant and the student applicant’s natural parent(s). [download copy]

Step 2 – Enter the Student Applicant’s Identifying Details

Enter the student’s full first and last name(s) exactly as indicated in the student’s passport. Partial or incomplete names may result in unnecessary delays.

Step 3 – Attach the Required Documents

Using the ‘Select Your Document(s)‘ field below, navigate to where your documents are stored and select each document to be uploaded. If you upload an incorrect file you can click the ‘X‘ and the file will be removed.

Step 4 – Submit Your Attached Documents

Once your documents appear in the above field box, select the ‘Submit Your Document(s)‘ button below. Following the successful submission of your documents you will redirected to a confirmation page.
